I'm a network and security engineer working full-time on contract as a Service Desk Analyst at London Metropolitan University, following on from my placement year there. I recently completed my MSc in Computer Networking and Cyber Security with Work Experience at LondonMet.
My foundations are in routing, switching, and firewall administration, CCNA, ASA and FortiGate, and I'm currently working toward CCNP to go deeper into enterprise routing and switching. Day to day I also work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, supporting users and endpoints as part of the service desk.
